How long does the tailoring process take?
Most bespoke garments are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and design details. Rush orders are available upon request. Every piece undergoes quality checks before handover.
What is the pricing for bespoke tailoring?
Pricing varies by garment, fabric and level of customization. A basic suit starts from PKR 25,000+, while premium fabrics and intricate details range higher. A transparent quote is provided during consultation.
Can I schedule a virtual consultation?
Yes. Virtual consultations are available for initial design discussions. An in-person visit is still required for precise measurements and to experience the fabrics properly.
Do you offer alterations after purchase?
Complimentary minor adjustments are available within 30 days of delivery. Larger alterations beyond the trial period can be arranged through our adjustment service.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer and flexible payment plans are accepted. A deposit confirms your order. Interest-free instalments may be available through partner platforms for eligible customers.
